Who we are

CNVMP3 (“we”, “us”) is a free online converter for YouTube videos. If you have a question about this policy, you can reach us at contact@dozamp3.online.

The link you paste

To find your file, the YouTube link you paste is sent to our server. Our server reads the video ID from it and asks a processing partner for the available formats. The link is used for that one job only. We never ask for your name, your email address or any other personal details to convert a video.

What we keep

Nothing. We don't save the links you paste, the files you download or a list of what you have converted. There are no accounts, so there is no profile, password or history linked to you.

Cookies and analytics

CNVMP3 uses Google Analytics, a service from Google, to count visits and see which pages are used. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (such as _ga), and Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

You can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google's opt-out browser add-on. You still don't need an account, and we still don't keep the links you paste or the files you download.

Hosting and delivery

Like every website, CNVMP3 runs on hosting and content delivery providers. When you open a page, these providers may process technical data such as your IP address, your browser type and the time of your visit. They use it to deliver the page quickly, keep the service running and protect it from abuse.

Thumbnails and files

When you paste a link, the video thumbnail loads directly from YouTube's image servers, so YouTube may see that request as it would on any page that shows its images. When you tap a quality, your browser opens the file directly from the video's media servers in a new tab. The file does not pass through our server.

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to read and answer your message, and we don't add you to any mailing list. You can ask us to delete our conversation at any time.

Children

CNVMP3 is a general tool and is not aimed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

Because we don't keep links, files or accounts, there is usually nothing about you stored with us. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how it is used. Email contact@dozamp3.online and we will help.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service changes or when the law requires it. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will make it clear on this page.
