1. Agreeing to these terms

By opening or using CNVMP3, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

2. What CNVMP3 does

CNVMP3 is a free online tool that helps you save public YouTube videos as MP3 audio files or MP4 video files. You paste a link, choose a format and a quality, and the file opens in your browser so you can save it. We don't host videos ourselves. Download links are found on request with the help of a processing partner.

3. Personal use and copyright

CNVMP3 is for personal, non-commercial use. Many videos on YouTube are protected by copyright. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to save a video, for example because you made it, it is in the public domain, it is offered under a license that allows downloads, or its owner has given you permission. You must also follow YouTube's own terms. Do not use CNVMP3 to share, sell or republish content you don't have the rights to.

4. What you must not do

When you use CNVMP3, you agree not to:

• use the service in a way that breaks any law or the rights of others;
• convert, store or share illegal content;
• send automated requests, scrape the service or use bots to download in bulk;
• try to overload, disrupt or get around the way the service works;
• pretend to be CNVMP3 or suggest that we endorse you.

5. Limits of the service

Video can be saved from 144p up to 1080p, and audio as MP3 in 320, 256, 192 or 128 kbps. Only public videos can be converted, and the qualities you see depend on the video. Download links stop working after a few hours. We may change, pause or stop parts of the service at any time, and it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

6. No connection with YouTube

CNVMP3 is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. Other names and marks mentioned on this site belong to their owners.

7. No warranty

CNVMP3 is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it fast and reliable, but we don't promise that it will always work, that every video can be converted or that files will be free of errors. You use the service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CNVMP3 is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, that comes from using or not being able to use the service. This includes problems caused by files you download or by the content of the videos you choose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

9. Copyright complaints

If you believe CNVMP3 is being used to infringe your copyright, email contact@dozamp3.online with the link to the video, a short description of the work you own and how we can reach you. We review every complaint and act quickly, which may include blocking a video from being converted.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. If you keep using CNVMP3 after a change, it means you accept the updated terms.
