How do I convert a YouTube video to MP3?

Which bitrate should I choose?
320 kbps is marked as the best choice, and most people simply tap it. You can also pick 256, 192 or 128 kbps if you prefer one of those. Whichever you choose, the file opens in a new tab right away, with no waiting.
Can I convert a long video, like a full album or podcast?
Yes. Long mixes, full albums and podcast episodes work just like short songs. Paste the link, tap Convert and pick a bitrate. The size of the audio file is shown under the bitrate buttons.
Do YouTube Music links work?
Yes. Copy the song link in YouTube Music with the Share option and paste it here, just like a normal YouTube link. You see the track title and length, and you can save it as an MP3.
Can I play the MP3 on my iPhone?
Yes. When the file opens in a new tab, tap Share and choose Save to Files. It is saved to the Files app, where you can play it or share it to another app that plays audio. On a computer, you can add it to your music library.
Why does the MP3 play in a new tab instead of saving?
Some browsers play audio files as soon as they open. That is normal. Open the browser menu (⋮ or Share) and tap Download or Save to Files to keep it. This page stays open in the first tab, ready for the next link.
